Adam Lyon

I’ve been in the boxing gym for as long as I can remember, having my first match at just eight years old. I’m a five-time national champion, training with Gary Jacobs, former British, Commonwealth, and European champion. A hand injury kept me out of the ring for a few years, and that was tough. But it also forced me to grow. I used that time to study the sport, improve technically, and come back sharper than ever. Now I’m back, fully focused, and ready to turn professional, one calculated performance at a time.
