Jerrell Jones

Hail storming from a lower social class and ruthless environment, bullets rattling through the living room windows in the long star state of Texas, Jerrell and his family took refuge in Southern Mississippi. On these gritty streets is where Jerrell became preoccupied with the means of survival. Writing has been a way of life for him. Early in his childhood, a psychiatrist recommended during a visit he put all his thoughts down on paper. Later, he found the simple decision turned out to be an escape for him. Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts provided a secondary home which gave him the foundation of: love, discipline, and commitment. He currently travels and fight as a journey man, earning small pensions to only support travel and expenses. During an interview, he stated: "It's the faith in Jehovah God and commitment to yourself no matter who believes in you, you are responsible for your results. Your dream is your dream. Anything you want to achieve, you will have to fight for it."
