Keira Bowden

I’m Keira Bowden, I started boxing when I was 7-8 years old, my dad took me my twin brother and my older brother to Redcar ABC to learn abit of self defence as we were getting abit of bother at school, iv been boxing for 11-12 years always at Redcar. I was recently diagnosed with Tourette’s syndrome so now I’m fighting with a disability. I’m 4x National Champion 1x GB champ and 1x European bronze medalist. Iv had the best team of coaches they do a lot for us and i appreciate them all.
