Roddy Watt

My name is Roddy Watt, and I first started kickboxing at the age of four. My parents introduced me to the sport because I had so much energy and they wanted to channel it into something positive. By the time I was five years old, one of my coaches recognised that I had real potential and natural talent. From that point on, I became even more dedicated to training and developing my skills. As I got older, I made the transition from kickboxing to boxing, where I quickly found my passion and began to excel. Through hard work, discipline, and determination, I won the National Schools Championships and, in the following two years, earned third place at the same prestigious competition. Those experiences have shaped me not only as a boxer but also as a person, teaching me resilience, commitment, and the value of never giving up.
