Tyra Pascall-Louis

I started fighting because I wanted build strength, face my fears, and transform into the best version of myself both in and out of the ring. Growing up I always wanted to practise martial arts but somehow never got into it. I walked into a martial art gym at 20 years old and from then I fell in love with the game and the pursuit of greatness. My journey hasn’t been easy, I’ve dealt with multiple injuries, losses and I’ve struggled with my mental health at times. But martial arts has taught me resilience and the ability to handle these challanges in a way that my younger self wouldn’t have been able to. I owe my life to martial arts.
