Winner Ikoka

Name is Winner and I’m from Hackney, East London. I was naturally fit and athletic since I was a little boy doing all sorts of sports such as football, basketball and so on. But none of those sports were for me, I liked fighting and got into a lot of fights in school, then one day my brother asked if I wanted to box, I said yes then he took me down to Islington Boxing Club. First session was brutal but something clicked and I knew boxing was definitely for me, now it’s a part of my identity.
